Hey there! Here at Zink Bikes, we want to make sure your new mountain bike frame gets to you as fast and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

1. Where We Ship

  • USA & Canada: We ship all over the U.S. and Canada. Whether you're hitting the trails in Nevada or cruising through the woods in British Columbia, we’ve got you covered.
  • International: Not in North America? No worries! We also ship worldwide. Just note that shipping times and costs will vary depending on where you are. Extra fees like customs or import duties might apply, so keep that in mind when ordering from outside the U.S.

2. How Much Does Shipping Cost?

  • Domestic (U.S.): Free shipping on all orders within the U.S.!
  • Please note: Orders shipping to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii are subject to a flat shipping fee of $120.
  • International: Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. We try to keep it as affordable as possible, but international orders might have extra charges like taxes or duties that you'll need to handle.

3. How Long Will It Take?

We know you’re eager to get your new frame and hit the trails, so we work hard to ship orders out fast as soon as they are available in our warehouse!

  • U.S. Orders: Expect your frame to arrive within 3-10 business days once it ships. For parts we operate on an order-on-demand basis and do not stock all parts. Once your order is placed, we source the parts required, which may affect delivery times.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on where you are, but it usually takes 10-20 business days. Some areas might take a bit longer, but we’ll keep you in the loop with tracking info.

4. Order Processing

Order Processing & Shipping
Once your order is placed and the frames are in stock, we begin processing it right away. Orders are typically processed and packed within 2–3 business days before shipment.

If your order includes additional parts, processing may take longer since some items may need to be ordered directly from the vendor.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it. You’ll be able to follow its journey right to your door.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Stuff happens sometimes—if your package gets lost or arrives damaged, don’t sweat it. Contact us ASAP at service@zink.bike, and we’ll sort it out. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to get you a replacement or refund, depending on what works best for you.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

For international shipments, customs, import duties, or taxes may be applied once your package reaches your country. These fees aren’t included in the shipping cost, so you’ll be responsible for handling them when your order arrives.
